Each Beetle & Beam stained glass piece is individually handmade using the traditional copper foil method. Because of the handcrafted nature of stained glass, slight variations in glass color, texture, and solder lines are natural and part of what makes each piece unique.

If multiple pieces of the same design are available, the item you receive may vary slightly from the photos shown, while maintaining the same overall design and aesthetic.

Stained glass may also contain natural bubbles, lines, or textures created during the glassmaking process. These characteristics are inherent to the material and add to the beauty and individuality of each piece.

All pieces are created using lead solder, which is standard in traditional stained glass work. Please wash hands after handling and keep away from small children.

 

Shipping & Packaging

Every Beetle & Beam stained glass piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Each item is wrapped in protective materials and secured inside a sturdy box designed to minimize movement during transit.

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days (often sooner) unless otherwise noted.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as packages cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist in resolving the issue.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final. However, if there is ever a concern with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want you to truly enjoy your Beetle & Beam piece and will always do my best to make things right.
